Pathways to Purpose RSVP for live library event

Thank you for your interest in attending M.H.G. Preparatory Academy’s Pathways to Purpose live library event. We are excited that you are taking the time to explore educational options and opportunities for your child’s future.

This form is the first step in reserving your seat for this FREE informational session designed for families with students in grades 5th–12th. During this event, we will discuss academics, athletics, post-graduate opportunities, creative arts, and how families, schools, and the community can work together to support student success.

If you are registering for multiple students or family members, please complete a separate form for each attendee if requested. The information provided on this form is strictly confidential and will only be used by the staff of M.H.G. Preparatory Academy for event communication and follow-up purposes.
