Antonio Da’Juan Thomas is passionate about producing results and developing the next generation of leaders. Known for his directness and quick-witted sense of humor, he is a husband, therapist, ordained minister, entrepreneur, and passionate educator.

Antonio holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Business Administration, and a degree in Praise and Worship Leadership. He has more than 15 years of experience working with youth in residential settings and public education.

Fueled by his relationship with God and his passion for young people, Antonio founded M.H.G. Preparatory Academy with his wife, Sharon Roshell. As Head of School, he is committed to creating an environment where student leaders are mentored, challenged, and equipped to grow academically, personally, spiritually, and socially. His vision is to prepare students to lead with Kingdom principles and make a meaningful impact in their communities and around the world.

Dominic D’Ettorre, known to students and colleagues as Mr. D, is a third-generation educator with a deep passion for shaping young minds and building strong school communities. He currently serves as the Academic Administrator and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, as well as a Master’s degree in Education.

With years of experience working and volunteering with students, Mr. D views education as more than academic instruction—it is an opportunity to disciple the next generation, cultivate God-given potential, and equip students to serve Christ faithfully in every area of life. He believes that responsibility, accountability, and meaningful relationships are essential to developing both academic excellence and Christlike character.

Guided by his Christian faith, Mr. D is committed to creating a school culture where biblical truth informs every aspect of learning, students are challenged to pursue excellence with integrity, and each individual is encouraged to discover and faithfully use the gifts God has given them. His passion is to see students grow in wisdom, character, and faith as they prepare to make a lasting impact for the Kingdom of God.

Kevin Yu, known to students as Mr. Yu, serves as a teacher at M.H.G. Preparatory Academy. Originally from Chongqing, China, Mr. Yu brings a unique blend of international experience, professional expertise, and a passion for helping students grow academically, personally, and spiritually. He moved to the United States in 2023 and, through God’s guidance, began serving the M.H.G. community in October 2023.

Mr. Yu earned a degree in Architectural Decoration Engineering and Design from Southwest University in Chongqing in 2001. After graduation, he spent 15 years working in the construction industry and earned his certification as a licensed architectural engineer in 2008. His commitment to continued learning led him to earn a Master’s degree in Philosophy of Management and Business Administration from Southwest University in 2012 and an MBA from Chongqing University in 2021.

Before joining M.H.G. Preparatory Academy, Mr. Yu served as a university instructor at the Business School of Chongqing Yitong College from 2021 to 2023, where he was recognized as one of the school’s most popular teachers. His experiences in higher education, business, and professional leadership have shaped his approach to teaching and his desire to equip students with the knowledge, character, and skills needed for future success.

Mr. Yu believes that teaching is a meaningful calling and that effective education begins with love, discipline, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Inspired by God’s love, he strives to create a classroom environment where students are encouraged, challenged, and supported as they develop their God-given abilities. He believes every student has the potential to learn and grow when guided by dedicated teachers who continually seek to improve and serve.

Outside of the classroom, Mr. Yu enjoys reading, learning, cooking, and staying active. He studied culinary arts in Chongqing and has maintained a passion for physical fitness through long-distance running. He also enjoys table tennis, badminton, volleyball, and basketball. Mr. Yu is thankful for the opportunity to serve alongside the faculty and staff at M.H.G. Preparatory Academy and to help students grow as learners, leaders, and individuals who reflect Christ in their lives.

Sherry Linton, known to students as Ms. Linton, serves as a teacher at M.H.G. Preparatory Academy. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Ms. Linton relocated to Louisville, Kentucky, in 2023 and has embraced the opportunity to serve students and families through Christian education.

Ms. Linton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University (2006) and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from The King’s University (2021). She earned her ACSI Educator Certification in Secondary Education in 2024. In addition to her educational background, Ms. Linton is an ordained minister through Grace International and is a Certified Nouthetic (Biblical) Counselor. She has also served her community through counseling ministry at Poplar Creek Church in Wisconsin.

With a deep passion for young people, Ms. Linton is committed to walking alongside students as they discover their God-given gifts, develop leadership skills, and grow into servant leaders modeled after Christ. She believes that every student has a unique purpose and that education should prepare students not only for future success but also for a life of faith, service, and leadership.

Ms. Linton strongly connects with M.H.G. Preparatory Academy’s mission of developing student leaders who pursue excellence and impact the world around them. She is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the dedicated faculty and staff at M.H.G., partnering with them to serve students through instruction, mentorship, and discipleship.

Coach Becky Morris is the founder of The MindGym Institute, a brain-based, faith-centered coaching and speaking platform dedicated to helping teens, families, and high-performers build emotional strength, clarity, and purpose from the inside out. She specializes in helping people strengthen their minds, develop unshakable identity, and live with confidence and peace in a high-pressure world.

With over 20 years of experience in the personal development and fitness industries, Coach Becky brings a rare blend of neuroscience, emotional resilience, and spiritual grounding to her work. She began her career as a competitive athlete and certified personal trainer, quickly discovering that true transformation doesn’t start in the body – it starts in the brain. Her work today reflects that insight, equipping people with practical tools to regulate stress, improve focus, and build a healthy relationship with themselves and with God.

After walking through her own season of personal collapse and spiritual rebuilding, Coach Becky’s mission became clear: help the next generation develop the mental, emotional, and spiritual foundation she had to learn the hard way. Through keynotes, workshops, and coaching programs, she works with teens, parents, schools, churches, and athletes to replace anxiety and self-doubt with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Coach Becky is especially passionate about reaching young people early – before pressure, comparison, and fear take root – so they can grow into grounded, resilient, purpose-driven leaders. Her message is simple but powerful: when you are strong on the inside, everything on the outside begins to change.
